With over 18 years under the hood, he’s a certified instructor, technician, and former fleet manager who knows how to keep vehicles battle-ready — or just ready for the school pickup line.

Tiffany is the backbone of the operation. A recently retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, she’s led teams, managed high-stakes operations, and now brings that same mission-driven mindset to customer care. She keeps things running with precision, empathy, and a no-nonsense commitment to doing right by people
